ORDERING

All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us.  After submitting an order to us through our website, you will be sent an order acknowledgment email with details of the products you ordered.  Automatic confirmation of receipt of your order doesn’t constitute a contract between us.  A contract for the sale of goods shall only arise on the dispatch of goods to you.

 

If an item isn’t in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.  At this point, you’ll have the option to cancel the order if you wish.  We do not currently ship outside the Island of Ireland.

 

PAYMENT

 

All prices on this website are quoted in euro including VAT.  All prices are exclusive of delivery.  We accept most credit and debit cards.  We also accept payment by cheque and postal order,  Cheques/postal orders must clear prior to goods being dispatched.  This takes 4-5 working days.

 

DELIVERY

 

Most of our orders are delivered by courier.  Smaller items can be delivered by An Post.  Most orders are dispatched the day following the order, but in busy periods, this may take longer.  Couriers require a signature for delivering goods so please ensure you give us a contact number.

 

RETURNS

 

When you receive goods from us, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to 7 working days after the goods were delivered.  You will be under a duty to return them to us at your own risks and cost.  you should return the product to us unused, in sale-able condition and in the original product’s packaging,

 

We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days from notifications that you want to return the goods.  This notification must be in writing and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only.

 

Where products are supplied, damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice.  We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund  at your cost.  If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will refund any carriage cost incurred in returning the goods.

 

CLAIMS

 

When you receive the goods, you must inspect the goods with the driver present and note any damages on the delivery note.  You must contact us within 24 hours by phone to report the damage.  If the goods are badly damaged, return them with the driver and sign goods damaged and returned next to your signature.  Claims will not be accepted once goods are signed for in good condition.  If goods are accepted by you, even if damaged, you must return them at your own expense.  We accept no responsibility for damage in transit  to items made of glass.
