What should I consider when ordering ?
Please make sure that your delivery address and Eircode are correct when placing the order. An incorrect address\ Eircode can delay delivery time. Please include a phone number where you can be contacted by the courier between 8 am and 6 pm.
Is it safe for me to pay with my credit card ?
Your credit card data will be transferred via SSL process. Through this high level of security credit cards are protected against abuses. Our payment pages are completely secure and payment details are not held on our systems in any way.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary throughout the busy season but it usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed before 1 pm are usually shipped on the same day. Please note we only ship on business days Monday to Friday so orders placed late on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.
Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays or any national public holidays (including Good Friday).
Can I track my order?
For online orders, when it’s being dispatched, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You will be kept up to date on where your order is during the delivery process and be notified by email when your order is out for delivery. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam/promotions folder as they often end up there.
On larger orders including large honey extractors, we typically use a haulage company to deliver the items to you. We do not have live tracking with this but you should expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days after receiving notification your order has been completed.
What to do if I have not received information regarding my delivery?

How do I change/cancel my order?
Please contact us by phone as soon as possible between 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday to make any changes to your order. We aim to dispatch most orders the same day so we cannot guarantee we can make changes.
If you want to cancel your order, we can offer a full refund as long as your order has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, we will deduct the delivery and any collection charge from the refund.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
We are sorry to hear you have received a damaged or faulty item. Please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include photos or videos that show the fault as clearly as possible.
Goods that are faulty will be refunded in full or exchanged.

How do I return my item?
You have 14 days from the day your goods arrive to return your order.

Return carriage costs are the customers responsibility. Please note that products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Refund orders, originally sent out with free shipping, will be subject to a charge of €6.75 our original shipping charge.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
As an internet based company, we do not have a shop. However, if you are nearby and would like to collect from us, you can buy online and tick the box for collection. After placing your order, please wait for an email confirming your order is complete. Orders can be collected Monday to Saturday 9am to 6 pm.
