Orders are delivered by courier at a rate of €6.75 per parcel weighing up to 30 kg. Bulky items such as polystyrene hives, large extractors and assembled hives will incur extra charges.
Orders are normally dispatched the day following the order but during busy periods, this may take a little longer. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Free shipping on qualifying orders of beekeeping supplies over €250.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Orders containing bee food, polystyrene hives/nucs, wired varroa mesh, and honey extractors are excluded from free shipping.
Please note the following.
Couriers require a signature for delivery. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel.
In the event the courier cannot contact the recipient by phone or the courier does not hear from the recipient within 24 hours your parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for re delivery costs.
Once you receive your order, please check the contents carefully. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 3 days.
You can also place your order by phone and collect at the following locations.
Dingle farmers market (Fridays 8 am to 2 pm)
Tralee farmers market (Saturdays 10 am to 2.30 pm)
Castlegregory farmers market (June to September )

When you receive goods from us, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to 7 working days after the goods were delivered. You will be under a duty to return them to us at your own risks and cost. you should return the product to us unused, in sale-able condition and in the original product’s packaging,
We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days from notifications that you want to return the goods. This notification must be in writing and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only.
Where products are supplied, damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will refund any carriage cost incurred in returning the goods.
